I’ve been feeling stressed lately. Feeling like I’m repeatedly running into a brick wall and/or moving through molasses. Trying to figure out this chronic pain. Worrying about doing everything the right way. Need to just breathe. Be. Recenter. Breathe some more. It’ll be fine.
I made this painting a couple of days ago after a devastating #fail with some work stuff. Incredible how it boosted my mood to get out my paints and just have at it. I love that about painting.
